parkrun
parkrun is a free, weekly, community-led 5km event that welcomes everyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level.
Whether participants choose to walk, jog, run or volunteer, the focus is on being active, enjoying the outdoors and bringing people together in a friendly, inclusive environment.
Participants register once online and can take part at any parkrun event across the UK and beyond, with their times recorded if they wish. parkrun is free and you only need to register once – https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/
There are currently three parkruns and two junior parkruns that take place in Bromley parks:

Where is it? The event takes place at Norman Park, Bromley.
