Join us at BEECHE for a birthday party like no other! We offer a fun-filled stress-free experience for both kids and grown-ups, with our beautiful grounds as the venue for your nature adventure.

You will have an experienced and friendly Instructor to lead activities as well as exclusive use of our classroom for the duration of your party.

Split into two sections, our parties offer the best in all things outdoors:

First Half – Pond Dipping. We’ll take the party to our platform where kids are encouraged to sweep their net through our pond and see what creatures they find. Previously discovered species include newts, diving beetles, fish and even water scorpions!

Second Half – Forest School. Choose from a wide range of themes below, all of which include age-appropriate activities from sword making to bug hunting, den building to excavating fossils!

Your party will then end back in the classroom with half-an-hour for lunch and – most importantly – CAKE.

Under-5s
These parties are ninety-minutes long and include a storytime in the Forest School.
Themes available are:

  • We’re Going on a Bear Hunt
  • Superworm

Over-5s
These parties are two-hours long and include a scavenger hunt in the Forest School.
Themes available are:

  • Pirate Quest

  • Dinosaur Hunt
  • Magical Quest
  • Harry Potter

All prices are excluding VAT.

Party numbers include the birthday child. For small parties – up to sixteen children – the fee includes one Instructor. For large parties – up to thirty children – the fee includes two Instructors.

For our under-5s parties, we set an upper limit of sixteen children to allow little ones more space and time to process their excitement.

Parties can be held all year round, whatever the weather. In the event of weather warnings, we will be in touch before the date to discuss options.

Included in Hire

  • Kettle, tea/coffee facilities, knife and lighter
  • Exclusive use of decorated classroom
  • One parking space outside BEECHE for party hosts
  • Thirty-minutes before your party for set-up and thirty-minutes afterwards to tidy
