Parkrun
Parkrun is a free, weekly, community-led 5km event that welcomes everyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level.
Whether participants choose to walk, jog, run or volunteer, the focus is on being active, enjoying the outdoors and bringing people together in a friendly, inclusive environment.
Participants register once online and can take part at any parkrun event across the UK and beyond, with their times recorded if they wish.

Where is it? The event takes place at Hoblingwell Wood Recreation Ground, Leesons Way, St Paul’s Cray, Orpington, BR5 2QB.

When is it? Every Saturday at 9:00am.
Where is it? The event takes place at Goddington Park, off Goddington Lane, Orpington.
