Made up of staff generally from Bromley and surrounding areas, our grounds maintenance team, as well as our in-house staff are very much part of the local and wider community.  We aim to offer employment to residents in the local area where possible as this ensures that the benefits of local knowledge become a key part of our service delivery.

Staff Development

Staff development and training opportunities are always at the forefront of our grounds maintenance contracts, with particular emphasis on initial training at any project’s outset. This includes first aid, manual handling and PA1/PA6 (pesticide) training, as well as more specific training for fleet and assets including chippers, shredders, front loaders and tractors.

The experience and qualifications held by our staff are very important to us, and we actively encourage each of our operatives to undertake the NVQ programmes and provide the opportunities for progression through the levels.
