Birthday Parties at BEECHE
Celebrate your child’s birthday with us at our wonderful BEECHE Centre choosing from a range of themes.
Above is the room available to hire and how we set this up for birthday parties.
What is included in your party timetable:

| Room open to set-up decorations before guests arrive for example table clothes and birthday bags.
We have banners and buntings which we place around the room. |
Instructor leads the session, starting with a walk down to the pond for a dip, before heading to the forest school for the main activity. Based around your theme such as a dinosaur hunt, treasure hunt and five little activities the kids can pick and choose, for example, bug hunting, den building. | Heading back to the room to wash hands and then time for cake, sing and food. | With the help of our instructors, you will have half an hour to tidy the room. |

Under 5s: 90 minute session
Storytime of your choice of:
- Room on the Broom
- Sugarlump the Unicorn
- Superworm
- The Gruffalo
- We’re Going on a Bear Hunt
All under 5s sessions consist of a story reading followed by a related activity outdoors e.g. potions and wand making, mini-beauty hunting etc.

Over 5s: 2 hour session
Theme of your choice of:
- Magical Quest
- Pirate Quest
- Dinosaur Party
- Nature Rangers
- Harry Potter
All over 5s sessions consist of themed activities and a mission around the park e.g. pirate ship building followed by a treasure hunt. They all include a trip to our pond to have the chance to pond dip before heading up to our private forest school area for the main activity.
We do offer bespoke parties if there is a mixture of activities you would like to do for no extra charge.
Prices
Up to 16 children
- Weekdays – £185
- Weekends & Bank Holidays – £250
Up to 30 children (this includes two instructors)
- Weekdays – £225
- Weekends & Bank Holidays – £350
Good to know:
We will be on hand to help set up and clean the party room 30 minutes before & after the party to pack up
Tea, coffee, milk, water and jugs. We do not supply plates, cups and table clothes.
NB: Party food and party bags, party cups are not included
