Birthday Parties at BEECHE
Celebrate your child’s birthday with us at our wonderful BEECHE Centre choosing from a range of themes.
Above is the room available to hire and the set up for birthday parties.
What’s Included
All hires include:
- Use of the room for three hours as well as toilets; WIFI; tea and coffee; tables; and decorations
- Use of our Pond Dipping platform (nice and dry, wellies optional)
- Use of our Forest School area
- One or two Instructors leading the session (dependent on party size)
- Parking for birthday family only outside BEECHE
- Assistance in setting up and tidying the room

Based around your theme such as a dinosaur hunt, treasure hunt and five little activities the kids can pick and choose, for example, bug hunting, den building. |
Heading back to the room to wash hands and then time for cake, sing and food. | With the help of our instructors, you will have half an hour to tidy the room. |

Under 5s: 90-minute session
Storytime of your choice of:
- Room on the Broom
- Sugarlump the Unicorn
- Superworm
- The Gruffalo
- We’re Going on a Bear Hunt
All sessions consist of a storytime followed by a related activity outdoors e.g. potions and wand making, mini-beauty hunting etc.

Up to 16 children, excluding VAT
Weekdays – £165 Weekends & Bank Holidays – £195
Over 5s: 2-hour session
Theme of your choice of:
- Magical Quest
- Pirate Quest
- Dinosaur Hunt
- Nature Rangers
- Harry Potter
All sessions consist of themed activities and a mission around the park e.g. pirate ship building followed by a treasure hunt. They all include Pond Dipping before heading up to our private Forest School area for the main activity.
We do offer bespoke parties for no extra charge if there is a mixture of activities you would like to do.

Good to Know
- We do not supply plates; cups; food; or party bags
- All our instructors our DBS certified and have completed First Aid training
