Guided RSPB walks, first Saturday of every month.
BEECHE, High Elms Country Park, Shire Lane, BR6 7JH
2023 dates: September 2nd, October 7th, November 4th & December 2nd
Walks are at 12 o’clock and 2 o’clock and last one hour. Suitable for all ages.
£3/pp, book or pay on day.

Directions and Parking
We will meet in the BEECHE visitor centre in High Elms Country Park. To get to us from main car park follow the path all the way up the slope to the cafe, but rather than turn left for the Green Roof Café turn right and go around the back of the building where you will see the board walk and Lubbock Room sign.
If driving, the main car park is located on High Elms Road (off Shire Lane). You can follow the Brown Highway signs for High Elms Country Park. If the main car park is full you can continue down High Elms Road and park in the golf course car park, arriving back in High Elms Country park by walking though the swing gate, past the pond and along the bottom of the sloping field back to the main car park area.
Blue badge parking is available in front of the BEECHE building. To access this please access the park using the entrance off Shire Lane which is marked for deliveries and staff. At the cross roads turn left up the slope and you will see the BEECHE building at the top of the slope. Please be aware this entrance and car park is only for Blue Badge holders.

What to wear and other information
The majority of the session will take place inside but the session does involve a short walk so please dress accordingly to the weather.
